We're aware of a current outage affecting the front-end website, API and dealer dashboard. Our engineers are investigating.

The Payment Assist platform is now back online however ongoing networking issues at AWS mean the potential for intermittent service disruption. We're monitoring closely.

We've identified a networking issue within AWS eu-west-2 that's impacting our ability to failover to an alternative zone. AWS are aware and working to resolve access to the necessary API endpoints.
