We're aware of an issue affecting automated credit checks resulting in timeouts and/or HTTP 500 errors on the front-end. We're investigating the cause.
This issue is now resolved.
Our credit reporting agency (TransUnion) have acknowledged an outage on their side and are actively investigating the root cause. We'll update when we have more to share.
